Customer satisfaction is my main priority. If you are not happy with your piece and have not warn it or it does not fit correctly, please contact me so we can correct the problem.

Jewelry can be delicate, and care will need to be taken to assure may years of wear. Keeping your jewelry out of showers, pools and other water to avoid unnecessary potential breakdown of string or tarnishing of wires or chains.

Accidents do happen and if you find yourself in this position, save as many beads as possible and we may be able to fix or remake your piece for a small fee.
